At Xede, we believe that a healthy work-life balance is essential to the development of effective and happy employees. In January 2022, the Company implemented a Flexible Time Off (FTO) policy which is intended to compensate employees for any reason they may not be at work. This includes sick days, personal days, vacation, and time-off under other Company policies. All full-time employees also receive seven paid holidays each year. The specific holidays are: New Year’s Day -- Memorial Day -- Independence Day -- Labor Day -- Thanksgiving -- Day after Thanksgiving -- Christmas Day.
